This bug has not only been in every version of flash it was in the beta version of the software flash evolved from (Macromedia Shockwave which came from Macromedia director which came from the Amiga software by the same name by Keith Doyle)
If isapnp.sys or gagp30kx.sys hangs or reboots trying to boot windows xp with "hard disk issues" try this, it worked for me.
