Bananas and cream

Following a recent (2016) addiction to bananas and cream for desert, we optimized the process in a series of breakfast drinks of which the following seems to be the best so far:

Put a ripe banana in a blender with just enough water to process.

Add:
1 1/2 Tablespoons of cocoa
1 Tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
8 raw almonds, finely ground
6 Brazil nuts, finely ground

(Use a spare coffee ginder)

Now add 2/3 of a cup of 18% cream anbd 2/3 of a cup of 10% cream. Add a coupe of ice cubes then pout into two glasses. Seems to make about two cups.

Personally I think it needs a touch of chili powder but that remains to be seen. The stuff is goooooood.
