two large pink shrimp, shelled, and minced
1/4 of a napa cabbage, very thinly sliced
bean curd noodles for two, soaked for 30 mins
1 clove garlic smaches and minced
1 knob of ginger minced
3 spring onions minced
olive oil for cooking
chinese wine
light soy sauce
salt and pepper


Method

heat wok add oil
throw in the noodles, cook until hot
add cabbage, stit fry until done
put to one side oof wok, add more oil throw in the shrimp and some but n ot all the garlic
cwhen cooked, move to one side and add the beaten egg. KLet that cook then crwape it an dht reshrim p topheter andf mix witjht h4e noodles.

add soysauce, Chinese wine, garlic, ginger and green onions. Cook for one minmute then serv.
