The only reason I call this duck pie salad is I made it once with duck pie.

Proportions per your discretion. Combine: Spinach Romaine lettuce Tomato Bean sprouts Green onion Avacado grapefruit Cilantro Serve with vinegrette (olive oil, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper) on the side.
