On January 27, 2019, CNN ran a story about what they called a measles crisis in Washington state in the USA. News stations all over the USA broadcast the story with credit to CNN. They showed a photo of a small child with a terrible rash.

Later that day the story was updated with the disclaimer the photo was removed because the child got the rash from a vaccine, not an infectious disease. The other news outlets still show the old photo of the child who got sick from a shot.
