These aren't evil poeple like sociopaths and psychopaths are, they're just sick; we don't stigmatize people with a broken leg or a kidney infection but if there's a disease that affects their brain we cross the street to avoid them - sometimes rightly so: "mad bad and dangerous to know". Yup. With a worldwide consistant rate of 1.1% and a cure rate, at best of 0.04% and no progress made on this number in 50 years you have to ask what the hell are these people doing? On what planet does turning them into obese zombies because of the side effects constitute a cure to what we know is a biochemical imbalance? Foster said it best, the medical profession is married to the dopamine hypothesis and other hypotheses that better explain what we now know about the disease deserve to be looked at more seriously.
