Reagan doubled the national debt to build a Navy we couldn't afford and didn't need. Bush senior sent us into an unnecessary war. Who cares which dictatorship pumps the oil? Bush junior sent us into two unnecessary wars, one to finish the job his daddy started, by capturing Sadam Hussein and letting the Iraqi people execute the dictator and try to assemble a government, then doubled his stupidity with another way over a country the Russians had already proved couldn't be ruled without ridiculous expenses ongoing forever. That tripled the national debt, and that in turn crashed the economy by popping all the financial bubbles in sight. Obama inherited this mess, and Europe has already proven that miserly governments in such circumstances fail ever to recover
