Graph showing an increase in North American network response time as soon as IPV6 day begins at midnight of the 8th in California. By 11:20 the next day the net had retrned to normal. This graph is an aggregate average, it response time was much worse or much better were you were. Mine was much worse owing to a funky link betwee Hurricane Electric and ISC.
