Started in 1998 or so, work began in earnest around 2013 as "Illustrated Catalog of Freshwater Aquarium Fishes" The goal is to photo-illustrate the Eschemeyer Catalog of Fishes, the "gold standard" list of all fish names. Aquatic plants and selected invertebrates are also covered.
