COFFEE WITH CARDAMOM
(one portion)
Ingredients
- 1 measure of coffee powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom seeds
- 1,2 dl water
- sugar or honey to taste
How to decorate
whipped cream with vanilla sugar, grated cardamom
How to prepare
- Measure coffee powder into a coffee filter. Pour on cardamom seeds
- Filter the coffee in a normal way
- Sweeten the coffee and pour it into a cup.
- Pour ower the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and sprinkle
grated cardamom on top
